Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) Mihir is a massage therapy graduate from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy and is in good standing with the CMTO. After dealing with nagging frozen shoulder and elbow injuries from playing sports, Mihir was out of activity until he began seeing an RMT. Frequent massage therapy visits began to show signs of improvement which led to his full recovery. This led Mihir to explore and study massage therapy, leaving a successful career in finance, so he could pass on the help he got. The satisfaction of living a life of purpose by helping others with their pain, being empathetic and putting others needs first is something Mihir always wanted to strive for but didn’t know how to pursue in a career - becoming a therapeutic practitioner hit all of Mihir’s goals.

Mihir uses a combination of relaxing Swedish techniques, deep tissue work, myofascial stretching, and trigger point work to give his clients relief. Whether it be clients doing work sitting long hours at their desk, weekend warriors or avid sports and martial arts enthusiasts, the head, neck and shoulders are always affected and need attention. Mihir draws from his own experience and believes he does his best work treating these areas.

Mihir believes massage therapy, along with stretching and exercise, is a powerful tool that can enrich lives and promote good health so that people can live fuller lives. Mihir works at his clients pace and comfort level so that they can work together to reach well defined goals and results.

In his spare time he loves reading pursuing adventure sports and playing music.
